HOW TO DEVELOP A NEW HABIT FOR SUCCESS
With same mindset and habits you are

Almost 90% of everything you do is a
result of your habits either it may be helpful or hurtful. Habit is that action
which someone performs unconsciously.
I know you’ve a big goals, big dreams
and big aspiration. You have ambitions to become an amazing person. You want to
build your career. You want to become a billionaire. You want to add values to
the people’s life. All that is impossible without good habits.
We know that good habits are prerequisite
for successful life, but it seems impossible to develop a new habit because we
didn’t setup most important things needed to maintain a habit.
Improve yourself, stop being average.
HOW LONG IT TAKES TO DEVELOP A NEW HABIT?
The time span can be of any length
from single second to several years. The speed to develop a new success habit
is largely determined by intensity of emotion that accompany the decision to
begin acting in a particular way. But on an average it takes about 21 days to
break or form a new habit pattern of medium complexity through practice and
repetition.
You can’t change your future but you
can change your habits and surely your habits will change your future. Says “ABDUL KALAM”.👈👈
Here I’m going to share important
tips to develop a new success habits.
1.
TRAIN YOUR MIND ON ONE HABIT AT A TIME
Work on one habit at a time. Once it
is developed then move for the second one. Mostly people get fail because they
work on different habits at a time and ultimately get fed up very soon.
Developing more than one habit,
especially if they are unrelated, may end up preventing you from success.
2.
START SMALL OR SET SMALL GOALS AT FIRST
Right initiative is prerequisite for
successful ending. Always start small, then increase your work load on daily
basis. Most of the people remain unsuccessful because they start big task and
ultimately get bore very soon. Things don’t work in that way as they want. They
find themselves unable to cope with big challenge and finally give up.
3.
BE CONSISTENT FOR MINIMUM 21 DAYS
According to experts it takes about
21 days to break or form a new habit through practice and repetition. Do
something every day for 21 consecutive days towards your habit while you are in
learning stage. You need to make sure that that you remind yourself every
single day otherwise your habit may not develop.
4.
TRIGGER OR REMIND YOURSELF
Make your mind habitual for thoughts
which trigger you towards achieving your goals. Positive thoughts will vibrate
your body in setting your desire habits. Triggers can be positive or negative.
If you know what triggers bad habits or form triggers that prompt good habits.
You’ll be ahead of the game.
5.
WRITE YOUR GOALS
When you write down your goals,
research shows that you are much more likely to take them seriously. Similarly
write down the habits that you are trying to set then review them regularly
they are so deeply ingrained you’ll never forget them.
6.
LET OTHERS KNOW ABOUT YOUR GOALS
Tell others you are going to practice
for a particular behavior. It is amazing how much disciplined and determined
you become when you know that others are waiting you to see if you have the will
power to change your behavior.
